The Property Adjustment Specialists (TPAS, LLC) continues to monitor the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as it relates to COVID-19. To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the CDC is encouraging organizations to promote social distancing, hold meetings via videoconferencing, reduce non-essential travel, and adjust or postpone events and gatherings.
In light of this situation, all on-site TPAS Courses and Events scheduled before July 30, 2020 are cancelled. We know continuing your insurance education is important to your success as an adjuster, and we are pleased to be able to offer a virtual classroom in place of each canceled on-site course.
If you registered for an on-site course, we’ll send you an email invitation with virtual classroom information by the end of next week. Virtual Classroom is not automatic; you’ll need to register to reserve your space. If your course was scheduled for March 27 of later, you’ll be invited to register for a course held on the same date as the canceled on-site course.
If you have not registered yet, please complete your registration at www.tpas.llc and select Courses to find your desired class.
We've worked as insurance claims adjusters for many years, attended numerous training sessions and managed claims for major insurance companies. However, we noticed a consistent issue among claims adjusters, they were unable to manage a customer’s loss experience due to improper training. This is why we started TPAS in 2011.
Through our 20+ years of experience and expertise, our students become properly trained adjusters who easily operate within the claims process, provide great customer service, explain loss settlements and interpret policy language to ensure appropriate coverage.
Our instructors have over 30 years of experience as claims adjusters and are experts in the field. In a professional capacity, they have managed claims from the initial contact to close while serving in multiple roles such as, as file examiners, team leads, trainers and field managers. Our adjusting experience includes claims for dwelling, contents, mitigation, remediation and ALE.
Simply put, the best way to learn about insurance claims adjusting is from those who have done it to the approval of their clients.
We are not limited to providing adjuster pre-licensing services.
We offer continuing education courses for adjusters to enhance their existing skills. In addition, we can create a customized curriculum to service our client’s individual staffing needs. Our a la carte training can be built to suit.
