Each recipient will receive:

At the heart of this campaign is a deeply personal story—one that shaped my career and life forever. Many years ago, I was given a chance by someone who saw potential in me when I didn’t fully see it in myself. Sally Ramirez, a Mexican immigrant and single mother, gave me an opportunity that ultimately led me to become an insurance claims adjuster. She believed in me, and her faith in my abilities unlocked doors that I never imagined possible.

Sally's story is one of resilience, sacrifice, and kindness. She came to America, navigated challenges, and raised her children while lifting others along the way. Her impact on my life has stayed with me, and even though I never got the chance to reconnect with her before she passed, her legacy lives on in the work I do.

Becoming an insurance claims adjuster changed my life. It gave me financial independence, stability, and the tools to thrive. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training and mentoring others, watching them grow and transform their lives through this career.

This campaign is my way of paying it forward, inspired by Sally and the countless others who have extended a hand when it was needed most. I know how life-changing an opportunity can be, and I want to be that catalyst for others—people who, like me, just need someone to believe in their potential.
